is it the near full employment we have today?

or is it the ability of the interest rate managers to actually successfully execute their job and teach and learn from their counterparts the world over?

the economy needs this. cramer went a bit overboard. the economy may need a rate cut, but i don't think it needs one now. fed can't do that with capacity so close and unemployment so low.
