Did he think he was beat? How could you think for your timebank whether to raise or not with the best hand.

I wouldn't even bother using my time, see the 15 seconds to act, wait for the time to get into ~ yellow, and just raise..no need to use time. Meh, that's just dumb/hilarious I guess
