Default NL400 - TT, thin river vbet?

Villain (CO) is a good solid regular, definitely one of the better players at this level. He's TAGish running at 19/17/3, however he's aggro post and 3-bets a ton pre. I've been messing with him alot both pre and post the past couple of sessions. 3-betting him light, floating, bluff-raising/checkraising, 4-betted semilight etc. I'm kinda certain that he is annoyed with me. Comments on all streets are appriciated, the river is probably the most interesting.

VB around half pot, I think he most likely has a PP 33-99.

Edit: or 9x, relooking at action.

Raising the flop with your history is actually kinda sexy. As played definitely bet the river, I'd bet $200 ish or just shove.

Hes never folding 99+, and probably folding all overcards.

This leaves 33-88 or 9x. I think if you raise, you are playing the pot for stacks... I don't see regulars calling barrels with 88 here =\

As played I think you can bet for sure. I just don't like raising flop. I like a preflop raise as well, although calling can be cool too.

Shoving looks good here. His hand is kinda face up as 9x or some medium PP. If you shove, it looks like you are floating/bluffing to get him off his weak made hand.
