he took it for 50 im thinking about taking extra action from others

he's in excellent shape... 5 ' 8 " - 185 lbs 12% body fat

typically reps bench at 185 lbs 3 sets of 10

that probably won't help him at all. the strain is so different. you need very little muscle mass for 1000 pushups, but one hell of stamina.

it's like 100m vs. marathon.

offer them 2:1 and put your bankroll on it. he's screwed. no way he'll do 4+ pushups/hour for 4 hours at 5'8'' 185. try 5'4'' 120 w/ special training.
