A call is not a nice option here. He will almost certainly bet the turn again unless he is on a lower pocket pair like 88.
x He will bet as a semi-bluff
z He will bet to protect his hand with a worse hand than yours
x He will bet with a better hand to protect and cash in

In either case, whatever you do you will theoretically do the wrong thing against a large part of his hand distribution.

You have outs and you want to put the money in before the difficult situation. Stick it in!

I think a fold is better than a call because of the same type of reasoning.

The more I think about it, call is the worst option. I was just so split on shove/fold that I landed in the middle on 'call' although that's not really an acceptable middle for this hand.

Basically anything BUT calling is good here

Fold. I'd 4bet pf because when people squeeze and you shove/4bet they will stack off lighter than a non squeeze.

Folding is not an option. He has more than just TT+ and AK most likely. AQ, AJs, smaller pp and crap at least some random crap. If you call it will be hard to fold on most turns. If you shove you charge draws and may get paid by AQ or AJ if he smells fish. If behind we are far from dead unless exactly AK.

Isn't villain cbetting a huge percentage of the time here? I think folding is horrible.

Not in the games I play.

And if he only 3-bets a tight range OOP, as I said:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 46.104% 42.28% 03.83% 16741 1516.00 { TT+, AQs, KQs, AQo+, KQo }
Hand 1: 53.896% 50.07% 03.83% 19827 1516.00 { AdAh }

I dare you to name one of the hands in the above range that doesn't CBET here.

Folding is really bad here.
