Please note that the converter writes "calls" also for pushes.

I raise less pf(250).
Flop is ok, expect to be beat pretty often by J9o.
Still can't fold with those odds / FD out there.

I raise the flop with the intention of calling a shove or shove any turn, hoping to induce a push from villain.

I like hand 1 (raising to 250 is ok too) and w/ hand 2 I am raising a little more on the flop, probably 900-1000 but that's nitpicking.

I think the raise amount is nice to induce a shove by A5 in hand 2, pf i really prefer 250 and playin a smaller pot.

I think that SB very rarely shows up w/ a5, more likely I would think middle pockets (larger raises look like you're trying to buy the pot I think). Either way I don't think it matters all that much.

Also Berend, how come you got rid of the avatar?

I don't know, gonna check it out.
A5 was obviously only an example and pockets will shove over this 800 bet a lot too.

Hand #1

Raise 2.5bb and save yourself .5bb . (when I'm heavily multi-tabling and have a lot of tables at high blinds, I would just call it)

Don't cbet into 2 players with 33% of your stack and an overcard+FD on the board.
I would check fold, hence the reason I raise less pre-flop and/or call preflop.

Hand #2. Again 2.5bb..

"I raise the flop with the intention of calling a shove or shove any turn, hoping to induce a push from villain. "

You wont get a push from villain unless he's a complete donk, you've shown 2x strength and are pot committed. If you are willing to call a shove on the flop, you shouldve shoved yourself.
I'd hate flat calling the flop and seeing a J+ or another bet into me on the turn, therefor I'd go with the push.

I guess I will have to adjust my bet-sizes a bit, seems like everybody likes 2.5x here, and I understand why.

Follow-up question. Lets say I had AA, QQ and 99 in the two hands in stead - how would that effect you betsizing preflop?
