Anyone having problems getting Stars results emailed?

Today I haven't been able to get any of my tournament histories emailed to me. I click Requests then hit the Tournament History button, type in the # I want, click OK and wait. Typically the popup box opens saying the results have been emailed. Instead nothing happens. Go back to the request tab and the Tournament History option is grayed out. I know this is normal until the popup opens saying the results have been sent, however nothing gets sent.

I have emailed PS support about this but thought I'd see if anyone else is having problems.

Yeah, mine took forever today. I asked for my histories about 6 hours ago and just got it about 20 minutes ago. I don't know what their deal but its extremely slow today.

I haven't requested tournament summaries in months. It was taking ridiculously long so I just gave up and started going strictly off my own record keeping for profit and hourly rate, and sharkscope for ROIs at different buy-in levels.

I've been having to wait until the mornings to request mine with PT. If I try after I finish my sessions my requests will timeout and fail.

the lag was horrid last night but it was pretty quick today so maybe it was temporary
