Default Time to Release my Overpair?

Our villain here is 54.65/9.3/.53

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.25/$0.50
6 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $19.40
UTG+1: $44.20
CO: $85.20
Hero: $69.85
SB: $18
BB: $56.65

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is Button with J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
UTG calls, UTG+1 folds, CO calls, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $3</font>, 3 folds, CO calls.

Flop: 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($7.25, 2 players)
CO checks, <font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $7.25</font>, CO calls.

Turn: 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($21.75, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">CO bets $20</font>, Hero...?

Considering we're fairly deep here is this a standard fold? Villain's check calling me on the flop and then leading into me on the turn is a little confusing. Also, did I bet too much on the flop? Thanks for your thoughts.

Yes. Too many ways he can have you beat. You are probably drawing to two outs...
