why would affiliate need hh's and transaction screen shots for mgr

Ok this sounds really weird to me so maybe one of you can help me understand. If you sign up under an affiliate is there any reason they would need hand history and bonus screenshots to figure out your mgr?

Not unless you are getting rake back at a site that is not allowing rake back.

I assume he's talking about partypoker, and if so I don't see why they would need to calculate the payments that way. Can't you just make a new tracker for each player?

Yes, but Party also has the ability to "flip a switch" and turn off all your individual tracker stats. [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

there is no need for sending those unless you don't want a benefit (=RB) of doing that.
can't be calculated otherwise at some sites that don't officially support RB.

im just not to keen on sending in this info but i do want the RB. I guess what Im looking for is for someone to say yeah they do the same thing and its not some kind of scam and they get paid.

well if you are at a good affiliate it's not a scam. Basically you are sharing a tracker with other people. So the affiliate is getting paid on one tracker for 3 people maybe. Then the affiliate needs to find out how much of the RB goes to each person. So he/she needs pokertracker screenshots showing estimated mgr from everyone, also needs to see who got bonuses, and finally the hand histories will help to verify the pt shots. Your RB will always be ball park, and if the people sharing your tracker aren't sending in doctored up shots, you should be ok.
