Reads: Villain is an agressive TAG 22/20 over a decent sample. He and I know each other, but we don't have a big history. I'm pretty sure he respects my game. I usually play 19/16 or something, but probably a little bit tighter at this table since I'm new to 200NL.

I planned to give up after my Cbet, but double barreld (planning to call an AI, when Ipicked up some extra outs on the turn.

check flop. the only hand i can see him folding to a double barrel is KQ. AJ/AQ often check behind, giving you a free shot to make your flush.

Ya, I like checking the flop here though I personally find it hard not to cbet in a raised pot.

i dont understand why people want to check this flop, a lot of his range is 88-QQ and in his eyes that board hit us super hard.

i would likely check turn though

What are we doing if villain bets? Just fold because we're probably not getting villain to fold and our draw is pretty weak?
