Meh. My own assessment of Meyer:

Recruiter: very good
Game strategy and tactics (x's and o's): good
Game management: fair to below average
Player management: horrible

My biggest beef with Meyer is the way he has allowed Tebow to be abused. Especially with all that talent you can hand the ball to.
