"Sex Drugs & Cocoa Puffs" is sitting unread on my nightstand, so I'd love that to be the first selection.

One idea from the Tolkien newsgroups, instead of a whole book at once, they do chapter of the week, which might work better for shorter attention spans, and longer books. It would also let people catch up if they were interested. Shorter books wouldn't need it though.
