Eat crabs. I recommend a place called Buddys. They have a really good weekend seafood buffet. It's a little pricey ($20ish), but theres a large variety of stuff including different types of crabs. It's a casual place too. The Naval Academy is a few blocks from the center of Annapolis too, which is open for visitors during the day.
