Default NL400 - overpair vs. turn min-raise

Opponent is 40/5 over 25 hands w/ a high aggression factor on each street postflop. The hand I've seen him show down, he completed preflop w/ 96o and bet/called a 96x flop vs. a short stack who shoved.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $4 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG ($145)
MP ($400)
Hero ($498.50)
Button ($405.50)
SB ($331.10)
BB ($230.40)

Preflop: Hero is CO with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $14</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, BB calls $10.

Flop: ($30) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $22</font>, BB calls $22.

Turn: ($74) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $60</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $120</font>, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $194

He doesn't have that much behind, so does anyone just shove here? Also, does anyone check behind the turn?

I would just check behind here and save the money for the river if you wanna show it down, since this board gives him a good bluffing opp. at you

id check behind on turn and call almost any rivers, i dont like the idea to bet/call with a 4straight out there against this type of opponent

checking turn seems a better option here.. as played i'd prolly shove and hope for the best but only because he's short
