Default importing very large txt files into pokertracker

So my old laptop got stolen and I wanted to view my life graph, stats, etc. Apparently it's (only) around 150k hands, and stars made it available to me in like 7 or 8 multi(like 7-38) MB txt files. I tried importing these into PT but every time I try to work with another program, it freezes up. should I just load them up overnight? Also, will it account for overlap from the complete history they sent me and the history I have on this comp?

Thanks,
Ben
