how to switch between two screens on one PC?

Hello my good people,

I have a desktop PC with just one free slot for a screen.

Currently I have a 21" plugged in but every now and than I like to use my LCD TV as screen.

Is there any devise that just switches my output from one screen to another?
(like an old printer hub)
