this is some pretty weak sauce right here. i wont be replying to anything grim writes. can't ban him though. would if i could [i.e. if this was my own personal site] but it's not 2p2's place to choose who to let post here based on their outside life. all mods know that.

ive moved 10s of ks online as many of you have w/ posters on here who youd consider friends. i know rev and grim aren't friends but why the f*ck would you agree to something like that and then back out of it. really weak. im sure it's been said a million times over but in poker your word is bond. grim really has done himself a huge disservice here.

Hand 1: 58.2506 % 56.75% 01.50% { 22+, A2s+, K2s+, Q2s+, JTs, A2o+, K2o+, Q2o+ }
Hand 2: 41.7494 % 40.25% 01.50% { random }

I assume it is closer to 60/40 since Grimm wouldnt call with the weaker Qx hands which are dogs to a random. So basically Grimm was scamming rev out of about a grand here.

It's less than that. If Grim only calls with the above range, he makes 10% of 10k when he has a strong enough hand to call. However around 1/2 the time he doesn't call and get the edge. Say around $500. The price of the man's integrity is slipping.

Come on Grim. You're better than this. Appologize and ship the dude $500.

grim probably thought he was 2 to 1 dog (3 to 2 at best) with whatever he had in that hand. he should give revlis that much equity and apologize

I keep trying to make a reply but I just don't know where to begin. Grim, you're an idiot.

Grims behaviour here is very surprising to me, he seems like a honest/smart player for sure.

Best way to avoid situations like this is to just not do these all-in-inthedark things.

Another problem than with it than angle-shooting (not as big though) might be that some sites see it as suspected chip dumping, not a big problem at Party probably but Prima for ex. can close accounts just for suspicions.

It sounds to me like Grimstarr did revlis a HUGE FAVOR.

[/ QUOTE ]

Well if that's the case then it was someone else on his computer entirely, cause I talked to him on AIM about this last night. He was not denying it, and had the same sentiment as in this thread.

I meant he showed revlis in the best possible way what an absolutely retarded idea it is to agree to do this with someone you are not super close to and trust 100%.

Will this spare us from another Grimstarr - "I have an overpair, I got chekraised, I pushed" post?

I've read about 25 of those too many.
