I like the software overall -- and when player count hovered around 1k it wasn't that bad. Now that they're at 1500+, and often at 2k, there are lots of problems.

The lobby updates are too infrequent or possibly nonexistent. Tables that say 6 players are seated are empty. Tables that show 3 seated are full with a waiting list. Other tables are just "ghosts" or remnants that don't exist (ie they can't be opened.)

I enjoy other facets of the site, but my guess is they're having a "scalability" problem.

I've played on Cake quite a bit over the past three months, and am totally fed up. The site crashes almost every night (usually at prime time, such as 9PM EDT), remains frozen for 10-15 minutes, and then all of the games have broken up when they finally un-freeze things. Hence, the site is essentially unplayable for 30mins+. These problems are only becoming more and more acute, and it doesn't appear that Cake has the resources or infrastructure to handle and/or fix things.

what sucks is that the site crashes while I am 3 tabling, I hit "I'm back" and on all 3 tables I post BB and dead SB. Totally stupid considering I was not sitting out.

Yeah this is a huge problem. You have to sit out until the blind gets back to you.

Yeah, and I just leave the auto blinds button checked, forget about it, then I am posting OOP.

I was thinking about emailing support to credit my blinds back, but its not worth the $4.5
