The only thing lower than the quality of their support is the quality of the posts on here. If they close your account it is irrelevant how much money is involved. They should be there to rectify the situation immediately. And if some of these people on here think that people with 50 or 200 bucks aren't important they just don't understand where the money comes from. It's very important to treat these people well as they are the ones who may not understand the need for security and it's many of these people's money that is needed to filter up through all games.

No, but I'm not in the business of screwing people 24/7, either. If FT is going to freeze accounts, the VERY LEAST, THE ABSOLUTE MINIMUM they should do is provide 24/7 phone support, and 24/7 e-mail support. He deserves an answer, period. I don't care if its a dollar or a million dollars. This isn't a mom and pop shop run out of a basement, its a multi million dollar cash machine.

*update* I still haven't heard back from FT, and too the guy that informed me that Sean doesn't do PM's, I only wrote him because Doug suggested I do it. Obviously the person that I did the transaction with (pokerplayer4352 on FT, svenskfisk on UB) is up to no good. I wrote FT, again, today and actually thanked them for blocking the subsequent deposits into my account from him as we were planning on a $400 exchange (would that have been enough to warrant a post, or do i need more zeros to be a true balla?) I could really care less if they confiscate the monies, I just really felt that an explanation was warranted other than, "your account will be frozen until you explain your relationship with this player", then don't get back to me for what is now 4 days. And to the wiseguy who suggested i play for play money, MY ACCOUNT IS FROZEN because of a bonehead move on my part, but i just really didn't feel like waiting 6+ weeks for a check from UB and was anxious to give you sharks at FT some dough.

Most of these replies are ridiculous, "it's only $50", if you were at a casino playing 2000NL, and a floorman comes over and takes $50 out of your stack, is your response gonna be "meh $50"? A different circumstance yes, but why shouldn't he be upset about it?

Firstly, please understand that your account has been suspended as simply a procedural stance that we do for all accounts under any types of investigations.

The reason that your account was frozen is that PlayerID:
pokerplayer4352 emailed us stating that you hacked his account and initiated unauthorized transfers, as well as joyridden all the funds in his account. As you can see, this is a very serious claim against another player. We hope that you can fully understand now why your account was frozen, and why I requested for you to show me proof of transfers or discussions with this player.

Upon analyzing the particulars of his account, there was some substance to his initial claim. However, under a deeper investigation there are some anomalies manifested in his explanations regarding that you hacked and performed other various activities to his account. We are currently in the process of seeking explanations to some discrepancies in his story and are awaiting his response patiently.

Let me clarify again to you, we do not believe that you are guilty of hacking into his account and performing this unauthorized transfer. The suspension of your account is a mandatory procedure for these types of investigations.

Once we receive a response from pokerplayer4235 we will update you accordingly as to your account

We hope that the above explanation has helped you to understand why actions were taken in the manner that they were.

I am left scratching my head now. But at least I know what I was accused of and why it is shut. Beware of this scam, not exactly sure what it accomplishes but i will keep you updated. [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img] Also, they may not hear from him for a while because he told me and the board in his post that he was leaving the country (whatever country that is) and would not have internet access for a while, and I am sure that that had to be the truth [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img](sarcasm for those who need the help) Also, does anyone mod or otherwise have any clue as too the chances of recovering a deleted pm? I am a bit ocd when it comes to inboxes and tend to trash them all, but there is a line of discussion that could help agent Kevin get to the bottom of this cliffhanger.
