Yesterday I made the "huge" mistake of trading $50 bucks of UB monies for $50 bucks of FT monies with someone from this board. I come to find out after that the person I traded with is a "scammer". I wasn't scammed by him, rather our transaction went smoothly. Then i get an e mail from FT stating that my account has been suspended until i write back explaining my "relationship" with said player. I immediately wrote back explaining the situation and have not heard back in over 24 hours. I have also pm'd doug and sean, doug at least had the decency to tell me that he was a lacky and couldn't do anything about it, sean has yet to respond. So i too now understand why so many of you folks on here think so poorly of full tilt.

How much money was in your account before FT froze it?

They're slow sometimes and are known for that.
It's also the weekend which I suspect leads to them potentially being even slower on such matters.

It's only been 24 hrs. From what I've read around here, it would have been somewhat surprising to receive a reply within 24 hrs of you contacting them.

Yep, this means their C/S is pretty sucky sometimes.
But it seems like this aspect of their suckyness actually surprised you somehow.

I don't get all the hate on the OP. He's right to be really pissed with FT. If they're going to go around closing people's accounts (which is fine), they should be in close contact with them throughout. If they don't have enough staff to do that, they should hire some of the people who billion table small stakes on their site to do it from their laptops for a small wage.
