good site for options trading

What is the cheapest site to trade options on margin? No bells and whistles, just a couple trades a week starting with ~$40K.

You are never allowed to trade options on margin - considered too volatile for the broker to give you any margin. I would try either Optionsxpress or Thinkorswim.
