I have to use the standard 'it depends' answer.
It first depends on if your cards are live and then where your doorcard ranks with your opponents. I will occassionaly come in but only if it fits the criteria.

I'm not sure if you're asking to raise or limp or to play the hand all together, so I'll answer both.

For deciding to play the hand, I'd follow what cups said. My guideline as long as all three cards are higher than ever door card, more importanly if all broadway card are live. So AK10 with the highest door an 8 is better then AKQ with a J out there. This way you don't get sucked into playing hands ike AQ8. With the broadway requirement [AKJ with an 8 highest door] on fourth street you have 9 chances of making top pair 3 of each of them, and then another 8 chances of making a broadway draw 4(Q) and 4(10) also on fourth reevaluate how live your cards are again. If a lot faces cards come out your hand may have died a quick death.

As far as raise vs limp AKQ does not do well percentage wise against a low pair. So if I was playing in a high ante game 20/40 75/150 I would raise because this is about as best a situation to ante steal. In a low ante structure like 5/10, 10/20 I would limp because I am on a draw in a way, and loger odds to improve then a say a good pair so I'd rather get some money back for my risk.

Might limp, might raise, might fold. Read 7CS4AP.
