Advice needed - best online method to get my $$ off UB and onto PS
Title says it all - I don't have any type of ePassporte/eWallet account.
Which method would be best for me to withdraw my funds off UB and then move them to PS? Do any of these options avoid fees or does a person have to intially load some type of $$ off a credit card or bank account to ePassporte (and pay a $5 fee or so) before you can then use it to transfer online poker funds?
