Poker office custom over lays

I just reformatted my HD an started fresh, I went to play on poker stars and I can get the over lay to come up when Im playing, at all... is there something im not doing that obvious?

Also I want to know how to get a custom over lay so I can have 8 stats displayed per person. The Custom overlay box is greyed out when I go to use it. Much thanks to all replies!

The overlay doesn't usually work if you're using a theme that's not provided by PokerStars.
