Full contact poker support uses gmail accounts?
So I contacted FCP about a problem that I am having with not getting my points accumulating correctly to clear a bonus. This is the last part of my conversation with support where they wanted me to email them my spreadsheet where I figured out that I should have more points then my account says:
Jason - FCP : Ok, I will forward that to management to look into. Jason - FCP : Could you email thoughs records in. me : all it is is an excel spreadsheet me : you want me to email that file to you? Jason - FCP : Yes so we can look at it. me : can you tell me how much I paid in rake yesterday and figure my points from there? Jason - FCP : One moment please. Jason - FCP : Ok i will have to forward this to management. me : ok me : will they email me back? Jason - FCP : To take a look at, but you should email that spreadsheet document into us so we may look into it. me : what address? Jason - FCP : fcppoker@gmail.com me : real professional using a gmail account me : I don't think I will email my stats to a random gmail account me : Is this a joke? Jason - FCP : No this is not a joke. Jason - FCP : It is safe and secure. me : I think I will pass and hope you guys can figure out my points problem on your own. me : If not I will take my play elsewhere. Does this seem funny/distubing to you guys? |

I don't think I've ever seen anyone who owns their own domain use web-based email for their support. wtf [/ QUOTE ] I use GMail for my support. I find their use of conversations extremely useful for keeping track of issues. I've never seen that feature in a mail client I can use with my email server and just like my DVR, now that I've used it, I can't live without it. |
