Default AKo in a pf3 pot 100 nl

Villain is 20/16/1, he's kind of a weak TAG. Is it being results oriented thinking I should c/f river?

Bet more on the turn. You don't have to cbet this flop everytime, since he is going to have a pretty tight range weighed towards medium-large pairs when he flat calls the preflop 3bet (assuming you have a reasonable image).
