someone tell me how to use the converter for plo8 hands please

every time i use any of the converters to post party PLO8 hands it never works, its like it never even gets any of the data... what am i doing wrong? thanks

Yeah, it can be finicky. You might have to run it through twice before it works.

Be sure to select "2+2" for format and "show stacks" etc, from the options down the bottom. Cleaning up table notifications and chat in the original hand history has helped with some hands too.
