I'm bluffing in a 3bet pot

Villain is very aggressive, 22/18/3. He's preflop raised into 4 people with Q9o and cbet, other aggro tendencies. I think he knows I'm pretty tight, I play around 19/15, but I'm not sure if he's aware of my preflop 3 bet frequencies. How does this look as a spot to bluff? I put him on QQ, I think he would preflop 4 bet with AA/KK.

Not bad at all. Except preflop, unless he raise/folds very frequently I wouldn't take a stand with A9o oop but rather use my good position on him in other spots.
