Default Value bet or check behind?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

SB ($156.30)
BB ($121.35)
UTG ($106.15)
MP ($51.55)
Hero ($65.50)

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $2</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, BB calls $1.50.

Flop: ($4.25) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $4</font>, BB calls $4.

Turn: ($12.25) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $9.5</font>, BB calls $9.50.

River: ($31.25) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, Hero is obsessed with value-betting...but that is one ugly river.

a bet of about 1/2 pot looks good. A FH is unlikely, and most villains would lead with a flush in this spot. I dont expect to get called too often however.

A villian with a flush might be afraid of Hero's inevitable ATo....

Check. If he pushes you're going to puke and if he does have it now its good info for the future. 1/2 pot might induce him to bluff at it. Its a good size pot now dont let it get away from you.

If we bet 1/2 pot on this river is there any real concern of being bluff-raised?
