I like to call here and reevaluate. Here's the thing, if sb is bluffing, and its less likley given that there are 2 people in this hand, a raise is going to scare him out and you don't get paid by a hand w/at most 3 outs. If sb has a flush draw, he's calling anyway. CO on the other hand, can have a queen. Unlikely because he didn't raise the flop, a T, a flush draw, or random PP like 88 or 99. Either way I don't see how much value you have in raising b/c you will fold him off his good hands and have him call 2 cold when he's getting plenty of odds to do so.

Another thing I don't like about the turn raise is that you put yourself in a situation where your forcing yourself to fold if you get 3 bet. If you do raise the turn and get called, value betting is correct on the river but how often will you get paid off?
