OP - your post reeks of results oriented thinking, there is no way 14.8BB/hr is your true winrate. Play the game for a few thousand hours and then get back to us.

Everyone else - regardless of my statement above, I have a sneaking suspicion the OP already knows that his sample size is flawed and he doesn't believe his winrate is accurate. I think he was trying to prove a point in theory which although its admirable was understandably flawed.

i went to florida fora week a month or two ago and played everyday at isle of capri. i am pretty sure if worse came to worse i could grind out a living and build a roll playing the 2/5 game. one day, i made 850 american dollars in like an hour!!!! not even the president makes 850/hr.

As an aside would it be better to play 1/2 or 2/5 if the buy in is the same for each? I would think 1/2 assuming everyone buys in for 100.

While you won't have your actual winrate for a long time you should at least know if you can beat the game within a hundred hours and maybe even less.

If you cant make $15+ per hour at the 1/2 games or $20+ an hour at the 2/5 you must be an uberdonk. The games are filled with people arguing who made the worse move.
