So there I am in a great 2/5 live game at my local, villain is kinda bad, a little loose pre, pays off too much, maybe a bit too passive, basically a middle aged fish. He might be a small winner in the game tho, (it is very bad) I have a tight, perhaps very tight image, he probly thinks I know what I'm doing but I'm still a limidonk.

[My range for villain here is {AA-QQ, AK} Thats it. I imagine he folds everything but {AA-KK} if I 5-bet, but will put in a big cbet if I just call...]

you should have raised more preflop the first time around. pot-sized raise is like 60+ and you only made it 40.

i think i probably would fold the flop. doesn't make sense for ak to bet that much, and 250 is a really big bet, especially live.
