Seriously, if she wasn't interested in your before she would be after that line. Granted it may involve a period of "wtf?" if she's a moron, but eventually this line has the most long term gain.

Are you guys nuts. This isn't a "line", it's basically an essay. Good lines are relativley short. If there's a big possibility that you'll be interuppted while saying it (as in this case) it's probably not a good idea.
