Say someone hooked up with a 15 y/o chick when they were 20 which is obv illegal in the US...
If 15 y/o's parents found out and wanted to press charges against the 20 y/o how long after could they do this?

must be on the same day, thats why most rapists go at night. if they do it before midnight are not caught by 12 am they are free to go
