I'm never entirely sure whether to post any kind of "gossip" in this forum because I find it difficult to tell what's worthy

Surely you had no doubt about this though? Top notch NVG

I .. I think I have self-confidence issues.

Would b-ball names be appropriate, considering the risks to their livelihoods? (Yes, I notice the notable contradiction here as gossip like this could very well tarnish Lisandro's job as well...)

I played with a very cool, very loose Rick Hamilton at $1-3nl for about 8 hours Sunday night/Saturday morning, to start the name-dropping. Our table must have had 10k on it for most of the night, and getting a seat was impossible for the envious railbirds (I snagged mine very early, and take credit for most of action instigation...)...

I also saw Noah playing the invitational, but my knowledge of other b-ball players' faces is mediocre at best.

this is really interesting, because the same game was running the night before last at bellagio -- with lisandro in it. something must've happened in the previous game for the nba guys to decide they didn't want to give lisandro any more action.

cant be his game because he plays like crap

I was there, I "watched" them play for about 1/2 hour.

I live in MIA and have played poker with some Heat players. The guys that I have played with are Eddie Jones, Earl Barron, and Antoine Walker, so I would guess it was them. I'm sure Eddie was there, Toine and Barron aren't good but Eddie is actually decent.

some of the guys that were friends with antoine walker (who was playing in the 1-2-4 game at the bellagio) were getting pretty pissed towards the end of the game when they got short handed. they had been losing a ton of $ and were beginning to get very annoyed at any little thing. antoine had left the game at this point, he seemed to enjoy himself the whole time, even though he probably dropped a ton of $ in the game. i didn't see who walker's friends were angry at in the game but i guess it would make sense that they were pissed at lisandro

at the bellagio, the only nba/former players i noticed were jason terry who got smashed then played some 5-10 with my friends and charles oakley who didn't play but just chilled next to the 1-2-4 table and watched them play

I'm pretty sure I spotted Walker at the palace, but no Eddie.

Reference to the Main Event last year at the WSOP. Prahlad accused Lisandro of not posting an ante, called him a thief, stupid drama bomb then dropped. Made for good TV, but when you realize the whole thing was pretty dumb in the first place, I'd rather have watched poker being played.
