# What happens if the system crashes in the middle of a poker tournament?
# In the event of a server crash, the hands in progress at every table will be restored by rolling back these hands. Each player's chip count will be reset to the amount at the beginning of the hand. In special circumstances, when a poker tournament needs to be cancelled because of a crash or some other reason, players will be compensated according to PokerStars' poker tournament cancellation policy.

There wouldnt open any (no limit) sngs before the crash, i would say there server is messed up and they have to do some bugfixing

Don't they usually put up an annoncement in the top right of the clinet saying server restart or whatever? BTW I closed the client out and reopened it. It then Downloaded an update and then went on to say it couldn't connect...got the bar. How can I download an update and then not be able to connect ?

They do that when its a planned restart.
Maybe Stars has some Networking problems atm, so there wasnt time to put up a warning.
