Comprehensive list of networks/sites and who they accept

This isn't a post trying to ask how to play on sites that clearly dont allow americans anymore. Im more interested in a farily complete list of sites that for the time being do accept americans.

Sites I know that dont accept americans:
Ipoker Skins (CD poker, titan poker, etc)
Tribeca network
Party Poker

Sites that do:
RiverStars
FTP
Absolutely Rigged Poker (superuser accounts FTW)

Im sure there are some really obvious sites that i've left out but im super tired right now. Mods, if this is the wrong forum for this question please move it to the appropiate forum. Thanks
