Yeah my first IPOD has been my only IPOD. I always had some ill-conceived notion that Mac products were much more robust than their PC counterparts. I have been sorely disappointed. I only used my IPOD on subway rides and in the gym, and it has slowly died on me in the one year I've owned it.

there's this CRAZY site called apple.com, i dunno, i think they might make the ipod or something, but anyway they have this technical support page and like, you can like, search for stuff, and it will help you uhh, troubleshoot and stuff.
