Here's a tip. Once you put 60% down, and are paying off a mortgage, CRA is going to wonder where that money is coming from.

I don't know. I claimed my Ontario Rental Credit on $32k/year in rent while claiming my income was under $300/year for 5 years and CRA never noticed. The last 2 years I decided it was not worth pushing my luck so passed on the credit. CRA is not that bright.
