Default Reminds me of the last home game I ever played in . ..

When I first started working in Southwest Missouri, I used to play in a home game with a rather unusual (but likeable) bunch of characters. There was this one fellow who loved the action, and loved to drink. Every night he would show up for the game with a bottle of Crown Royal in that cool blue bag thing.

Anyway, after the regular game he and I used to divide up a deck of cards (26 apiece), and use those for chips. We would play heads up freeze-out matches, first one to get all the cards won. We would play for $1k or $2k per match, usually 7 card stud. This fellow had some sort of union vice-president job or something, and he had plenty of roll. Nice guy, just kinda crazy.

Anyway, one night we were playing with the others and he was stuck pretty good, maybe $1k or so. He started yelling and cursing, nuthin too unusual. However, this night he went to his car, and came back in with a pistol, and was waving it around in the air like a madman.

Anyway, eventually we were able to calm him down and disarm him. Needless to say, ole TSP's seat was vacant the next week.

Hmmm, after these responses I think I need to bring an extra mag too! 30 rounds should be enough.
