Randal and Jeff are two of the best mtt players in the world and I can't see Randal getting burnt out before he wins about thirty bracelets. If I didn't know better I'd say Jeff was already retired.

Screw poker, as soon as I'm worth a mil I don't see myself playing much any more except for traveling excuses.

Junglen is one, though I figure if he were to reply to this thread it would be something like:

[ QUOTE ]

which of the current crop of under 25y.o MTT winners will still be making WPT and WSOP final tables on a regular basis 10 years from now

[/ QUOTE ]
Junglen: I'm going to play and dominate for as long as I live... so, no.

[/ QUOTE ]

I'm going to be one of the better MTT players as long as I'm enjoying what I'm doing and am motivated. I'm pretty positive I'll be around another 3-5 years, but we'll see after that.

I have my 21st birthday to look forward to, as well as other business opportunities that are poker-related. Both of which will be motivation boosts and a chance to do something new, which will be great.

As others have mentioned in this thread, motivation/longevity/possibly gambling leaks are the main reasons people quit. I'm not going broke at the craps table anytime soon, and manage my money better than most (yea here comes the $100 bill on fire pic).

How has no one mentioned TAS (The Alan Sass)?!

Actually, he probably won't care about poker five years from now knowing him, but if for some reason he does, he will definitely still be one of the best on the planet.

Also, Ozzy87 because, well... LDO.
