relax, i posted this HH to see if i could find ANY argument for a fold or shove, while I know full well I'm never folding this here, I seriously considered shoving the river, esp given my ch,c/r line. Ended up I made the right decision.

[/ QUOTE ]

I just meant more like the flop and turn line.

Shove river for sure, and I think the flop/turn line is fine against this aggrotard, but b/c flop and c/rai turn is good, too.

B/3B the flop if he is aggressive enough. People dont like being lead into. Bet your monsters like you have TP.

As played I dont fold on the river.

aggro enough to cbet is not aggro enough to be playing back at a b/3b with 2 overs and a gutshot from a PF sb cold caller

seriously, where did i miss betting that i could extract more value? Are you saying lead flop turn and river? I think the line i took is deceptive enough to extract value from a hand like this, where I think QJ fold when i lead a 2nd barrel into the turn.

Your line isn't deceptive at all - it says "I FLOPPED A SET". That's how he would play it. What do we do when someone leads into us, as the PF raiser, on the flop? We raise with any two cards because it is usually weak. So bet - it's how he would play a draw or a 5 or 8.

Also, don't try to be deceptive against people with stats like his - just bet, bet, shove. As played shove the River.

BET EVERYWHERE

I lead flop, and turn. If villain is as big of a monkey as you said, you'll get action anyway. If not the flop I DEFINITELY lead the turn. You are all insane on the river as a shove is madness, just call.
