Why the confusion? He looked like [censored]. He played twice as good last season. He panicked and ran too often. He couldn't throw on target and his arm looked weaker than it did last season.

I don't know why you'd say that. The only time he's ever good is when the game is late and the Niners are behind (last night, the second Seattle game last year, the Broncos game at the end of the season).

The Niners should look into hiring a hypnotist to make him think it's always near the end of the game with the Niners trailing.

Definitely. He's still young. He still needs to get in sync with the WRs/TEs which he didn't during pre-season. Battle is the only real hold-over from last years corps. Davis was hurt for part of last year and Gore was out for the whole pre-season which was pretty apparent.

Well, you're right, I guess. I just thought the niners were slow snapping the ball and getting plays in in the no-huddle. He didn't really look comfortable in that no-huddle.
