McMelchior / Bryan - I don't think there's anything wrong with support informing somebody that - while they're not breaking a rule - they're being obnoxious / rude / inconsiderate / etc, etc, etc.

I don't think the goal was to get the rule changed mid-tourney...

Wow ryang you come off here as a huge tool. It's not up to you how a person plays their hand. If pokerstars says theres nothing they can do, why do you insist on sending more pestering e-mails and making this post. Clearly you think keeping you perfectly happy and content is more important than following the rules and giving everyone time to do whatever they want with their turn.

EDIT: and of course it's annoying, its happened to me countless times. But you just have to accept that every facet of the game is not going to be popular, but it has to be done.

You should just post in BBV if you are whining, I mean if you can't even be bothered to read Support's response and make salient suggestions then you are just wasting text.

Personally, I like the rules the way they are currently in place at Pokerstars, please don't change them.

Oh, by the way, his name is arxigos.

If anyone is still in the tournament and has a big chip lead at the end and basically gets to decide who makes it in, please consider this. Slowrolling him is an added bonus.

I've had the same argument with support in the past. I've come to accept that it's their policy. However, that doesn't mean that they are right. It is clearly a breach of etiquette and Pokerstars should realize that stallers not only affect players' chances but also their enjoyment.

I don't agree with those that say it's not a rule so live with it. It's a problem and PS in the past has been very good about adapting to customers' suggestions. I suggest everyone who would like to see a change in policy email support with a link to this post.

90% chance the guy wins a seat.

That's the way these things always seem to work out too.

lol, he's currently 2/8 with 7 seats given out
the one hand I watched though he folded after only a second or two (not that he would have any reason to stall)

I'm with Ryan. Regardless of whether you agree with him or not, he has the right of a paying customer to make complaints and debate with staff about said complaints.

When he asks for a supervisors contact, the only response should be "Here is my supervisors contact information:". There's nothing more frustrating then some staff member telling you you can't speak to their supervisor because they will just agree with the staffer.
