Default couple wierd KK lines in Sunday Mil, + standard? AK hand

Went bust early last couple of sundays, so tried to keep the pots smaller with these KK hands or at least isolate preflop if I had to play big pots. Would love to hear any comments

couldn't read him very well on this hand my thought was QJ, but I fired the blocker out fairly quickly because his play didn't seem like some Ace trolling along, and I didn't want to let him bluff me - but in retrospect if I didn't read him for the Ace I should have given him a chance to bluff

was very surprised on this hand, I almost went for a limp reraise/shove pre here, and instead thought I would make more on the hand flatcalling

villain had AA

5. villain in this hand is LeeNelsonP*, co-author of the Kill-Phil tourney book, which I'm familiar with which advocates a lot of all in moves and plays preflop.

Anyways after seeing him call all in w/ 77 and 66 for significant amounts and spiking a 7 vs. JJ for his whole stack, I felt he might call again with a small pair, but is 88 too small to make this move with?

6. New table change, played 1 orbit I was unsure of whether a 3-bet was the better play, but MP1 is pot committed here right? I ended up shoving because it seemed like the default play - standard?

Hand 1: Don't limp-call with KK, wtf? Get the money in good, so raise PF. As played, easy call on the flop.

Hand 2: Standard

Hand 3: Horrible call PF this deep. You are supposed to resteal here with anytwo some % of the time, so just raise now. You are too deep to commit him on a low flop as well. As played, I's CR to get value from his CB, plus you are way underrepped here, so he stacks off with TPTK, JJ etc. Plus, there is a draw on the flop, which he can believe you have. As played, I prob try to stack-a-donk on the turn. Riverbet is meh. Will he ever fold an ace?

Hand 4: Come on, you are too deep to limp/call here. It's just gross, Just raise or limp/RR, and try to get the most money in PF. As played, CR flop, he's not giving you much more value without a Q. As played, bet more on the river.

Hand 5: I think I just fold 88 here, but this isn't bad either. I prefer to be a couple of BB deeper though....

Hand 6: Standard

What is all the limp/calling and flat calling with KK? Seems like you are afraid you will take the pot preflop. Just open raise. If you are going to limp, limpreraise. If your raises and reraises are not getting action, make some looser raises or reraises.

Hands 5 & 6 are absolutely standard.

thanks for taking the time, the KK hands were from earlier in the event and I had been eliminated from the last 3 Sun Mils early by overplaying 1 pair hands after the flop each time. Probably irrational by me 2 times I 3 bet a overpair pre and would essentially pot commit myself on the flop only to be shown a set twice and AA the other time. I made a concious decision to small ball it this time in the earlier pre ante levels, without actually knowing how to implement the strategy.

I really felt I played the KK hands poorly preflop, save for hand 1 where I had hoped to trigger an all in after the flop with a lead bet, he had JJ so that worked out - but he won't always hit a safe flop to push on. Hand 4 as mentioned he had Aces and you guys thought I played it bad.

Hand 3 is pretty bad preflop I see that more clearly now - funny it's not as automatic as it seems in the heat of play. Hands 5/6 are the ones I was more concerned with, Lee had 77 in hand 5 so my read was dead on but I know that can be very player dependent play, and at best will be a coinflip vs. most other players. Villain in hand 6 had 33 and HHWG.

I think F.P.S. has invaded my game because I can't stop from making wacky plays
