Three-bettor is pretty damn tight. I hate this spot pf, raising says "Hi i have aces," but so does calling. What is my plan for the hand?

I always 4-bet preflop in this situation and I still get shoved on by AK.

Reraise preflop to $60 plz. Since you played it coy pf, play it coy on the flop and c/rai. He might bet JJ or AQ here, and it prices him in to call shove with AK b/c drawiness of the board. If he has QQ or KK, now you know to reraise those AA preflop.
