Calling a CRAI on the river would be very very bad.
I think any hand that you beat, that is calling a river value bet, would never CRAI on the river. I probably bet 2-3 to 3/4 of the pot on the river, and fold to an all in.

i might bet 3.5k not for value but to enduce the bluff shove, since thats the only way youre getting more money from him in this spot imo

If that was me, I'm thinking str draw. When the 6 came out, your low-end str hit. But could villain have played T9s? A possibility. Q9s, 99, A9s, A9o are all strong candidates also [but the range of hands include many without a 9]. When the 10d came out on the river, I'm worried. Only one card needed to make a higher str.
I just check for the showdown. A trap may be lurking!
