I believe the pot was around 700-750 on the flop. I though just shoving would be good here because with this many players, someone is going to chase the OESD or pair+draw, or have 2pair or an overpair and look me up.

As for pf, is calling the raise standard? It's a huge family pot and we are getting good odds imo, what do you think?

Calling preflop when it's going to be a multiway pot is fine. PFR likely missed here and everyone else has shown weakness, so I don't think our shove gets called all that often. I am better about 500 here to invite callers (who already seem to have quite weak hands).

I'd be quite unhappy about the preflop raise, but I'd call it, and yeah, I think you couldn't go wrong by pushing or betting, either way. I'd push, I think, for the same reasons you did. I look like I have a draw, and will get called by overpairs a ton.

Shoving this flop is gross, your hand is very strong and you want people to chase draws here. Bet 500ish and shove the turn.
