In light of this thread, am I doing the poker community a disservice for not reporting this hand in $20 SNG or can I just assume hes trying to exploit the bubble or misclicked or something. I questioned him and he said nothing (and he had chatted earlier)

In a vacuum, that hand is indicative of nothing. I've misclick folded in this spot before, plus there's always the idiot factor.

it is possible that the BB was just being a dumbass by using "check/fold" option. however, i'd report it just in case as it is a case of a complete rectocranial reversal.

I have turned someone in for collusion before and been bumped up to first prize money (the two colluders and myself were the only ones ITM). Dunno what they did, if anything, for the rest of the people.
