2nd barrel on river vs HU 3bettor

Villian is pcfic_pkr or something like that on stars. Hes a regular small stakes HU PLO player, pretty tight, doesn't put on a ton of moves but is solid. Rarely see him getting his money in as a big dog unless its cooler. I think villian respects my play, he's seen me play a lot of HU PLO and knows im not an idiot, he knows im pretty aggro post flop.

I expect him to lead out here with most hands and or draws. After he checks twice on flop/turn I was thinking he completely missed with some slow connector, double paired JJTT maybe or a weak <font color="black"> </font> <font color="black"> </font> QQxx/AAxx.

Does anyone fire again on river? If so, how much?

You could try firing $21 to move him off of a king. Don't think you have any chance of getting him to fold better than that though. Pretty neutral EV spot, but if he's tight and will lay hands down, then you should probably go for it.

IMO pfc never folds a baby flush here, and probably not often a king. He's playing pot control w/ a medium strength hand w/ some showdown potential. In my experience with him, once he calls turn after a checked flop, he's calling river nearly every time.
